One of my members reported an issue with depositing funds into their account on the mobile app (they were using an Android). When they would click on the “Deposit Funds” link enter the dollar figure, You would quickly see PayPal load and then disappear leaving the entire page would be white with no scrolling function or back button.
Yes I just re-created this issue with my Iphone, so I’ll get this bug over to our tech team.

Is there any update on this? I am seeing this issue persist and my members are getting very upset on why they can’t make payments as normal.
Our tech team is continuing to work on this, and we will let you know when this get’s fixed.
Now that a month has past I wanted to see if there was any fix to this yet? I had a new member attempt to make a transaction on the app and they got the same blank white screen.

Is there any resolution to this yet? I just tried to make a deposit to my account through the mobile app and I’m still getting the paypal “white screen of death” with no option to do anything.
I will also ask for clarification on this with our tech team.
Just to add to the conversation here, I took a screen recording of what I am seeing on the TroopTrack app vs the mobile web browser.
On the TroopTrack App, you can see that the PayPal screen tries to load, and you see it briefly, before everything goes to a completely white screen. The only way out of this screen is to close the app completely as there is no back button or navigation controls.
On a mobile web browser, you can see how everything seems to load fine.
This is certainly impacting my members, many of whom are upset that they need to jump through hoops to make a payment. Is there any way this can be fixed and smoothed out on the TroopTrack app?
