I have several parents reporting that they are one again not able to make online payments via PayPal to their TroopTrack account. Is that broken again? I didn’t see any other posts about it.
We are also having issues with this as well. We are selling shirts. Three days ago, we were able to run the report that is called “View Purchase Record”. We now get an error when trying to run the report.
When we run the Manage Transaction History, the CSV file does not indicate who entered the item, therefore we don’t know who purchased the item.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. We are attempting to use this very soon to collect camping payments and need to address any of the issues we are having.
