PENDING: Separate Link / Buttons in Money tab of Member Profile

There needs to be some differentiation between the separate links in this screen (Details Edit Delete Make Deposit). This is all crammed together and not user friendly.

Extra padding between them would be nice. Clicking delete on accident is no good!
