Due to an issue with pay pal we have had to create a new pack pay pal account. Does anyone know how to remove our old pay pal and link our new account to our pack troop track page? We have an upcoming event that we need to collect money for do we need to figure this out asap. Thank you.
Have you looked at Settings, Online Payments? You may have to disable and re-enable. What do you see on that page? We don’t use either so I am not sure what shows up when either of the payment processors are setup. On my account there is a Learn More About Payment Providers and when I select that I get a popup and then there are buttons to use Strip or PayPal and that takes me out to their site, perhaps that page then allows you to change the account associated. If you don’t find it there I would suggest you email support@trooptrack.com and CC dave@trooptrack.com.
