People simultaneously showing as "coming" and "not coming" on calendar

Hello, I was looking at RSVP’s for this weekend’s campout, and I have 5 people simultaneously showing up as “coming” and “not coming.” Duplicate names marked with colored lines in the picture above.

Interestingly, all are adults (the youth list seems accurate). All the people showing up on both lists ask to be included on our troop invites so they know what is going on, but they never attend events, and never fill out RSVP’s, so I don’t think they filled out the form twice with different responses (and if they did, it should be changed from yes to no or vice versa, but not showing up on both lists).

It is important for us to have an accurate count so we have enough food and tents.

We are having the same problem but it only happens to one youth member.

We are also having this problem, and it seems to affect the same three members over and over. It’s very frustrating to not have an accurate RSVP list!

This has been reported and is being looked into however it has been difficult to replicate. Please send an e-mail to support@trooptrack.com with the names of the three people who are always showing multiple ways as well as events that show it, perhaps that will help them narrow down the issue. Thanks.
