The user report list users as a ‘parent’, ‘scout’ or ‘leader’ on the user reports under the column of Primary Role. What determines a users “primary role” in theses reports? How does a user get their primary role as ‘leader’?

I’m trying to get a “Leader” type report of just those users that have a primary role of ‘Leader’.

They should get the primary role of leader if they have a current/active leadership position. I’m not sure how it would play out if they are both a parent and an active leader. You might have to test that a little bit to see.
