Before I send an invitation for other parents and leaders to set up an account with trooptrack, I would like to set up the privileges they’ll have. It appears, however, that I can’t do that until they set up an account. How do I know that their privileges will be limited once their account is active?

The default is set to “self”. At least on ours. Then once they create an account, I actually go in and an change all their permissions and privileges.
