When we upload a profile picture on to a user account, they are all showing up sideways no matter how they are turned on the computer. How can we fix that?
Hmm… Will you please try again? I just tested it out and it uploads according to whatever orientation I had it on my computer. I changed the orientation of a few and uploaded and they kept the orientation.
@ColleenUlbricht - Are you using Windows 10 by any chance? Win 10 detects the orientation that the picture was taken, and displays it correctly on the screen, but the file is still “sideways”.
