What privileges are required to be able to upload profile pictures. I have given one of my members the privileges I think would work but they seem to be unable to get it to work.
Because the profile pictures are associate with individual troop member accounts, you will need the privilege “Manage Troop Members” to add them.

What’s the users first name and last initial?

What browser/device is she using? I was able to log into her account, add a profile picture, and then delete it.
I believe a laptop or desktop with Windows 10. I’ll double check.
