A minor suggestion, but when clicking the drop down for entering a date, reverse the year order. For example, right now, in 2017, 2016 is way at the bottom. I just spent a day setting up our troop and since most entries are more recent, having 2016 and 2015 as the first two choices is a little more efficient. I noticed this mainly when entering past leadership for boys.

Or better yet, allow numbers to enter. ex 03/10/2017.

Yes! Also show more recent events and activities at the top of the list rather than at the bottom of lists.
