Is it possible to prevent parents from RSVPing for themselves? In a Scouts BSA Troop only registered leaders are able to attend overnight events and not all parents are registered leaders.
It could be helpful to limit the ability of non-registered adults to RSVP for themselves (but we want them to RSVP for their Scouts).
Only invite the Scouts and the parent will not show up as an option to RSVP, as long as you have copy parents on e-mails to Scouts they will still get the e-mail about the event. If you have a Patrol for Unregistered Adults and a Patrol for Registered Adults then Patrols for Scouts you only invite the Scouts and Registered Adults Patrols. Also do not enable Guest Allowed.
