Once you have imported all your member data from Internet Advancement to Troop Track using your TurboNet feature, does information on those members AUTOMATICALLY upload if there are changes made on Scoutnet? Rank Advancement, for example?

No information is automatically uploaded. To bring information into TroopTrack from scoutnet, you use the TurboNET Roster Import. To export information to scoutnet, you use TurboNET Advancement Report. You have to enter your advancement ID and Password each time you do this. It is not automatic.
