We have restricted access for who can send emails in the troop. What setting / access level do I change to allow a specific adult to send emails to the troop and parents?
For the whole troop and all parents, they will need the highest access level. For BSA that’s “Unit” and for AHG that’s “Troop”.

With which check boxes marked? I am likely missing it. I don’t see one that refers to emails.
There isn’t a privilege for emails. If you have it set in the settings to restrict emails based on level, you just need to set the level and nothing else.
