I’m trying to “Start Achievement” for boys and nothing happens when I click on the link. I have tried from multiple desktops and the mobile app. Please advise.
First easiest possibility do you have full permissions to your TT Troop, Pack, or Crew? Make sure your pop up blocker is not enabled, it does pull up a window with the Achievements.

I previously confirmed my permissions allow for full access to make these changes. I confirmed Pop-ups are enabled for the website in my browser settings. For example, the pop-up works fine when I click on “Quick Switch”.
I’ve tried from a Mac and windows machine in addition to the iOS mobile app, and all three are responding the same.
At this point you will need to contact TT support. The system overall is working, there must be something specific to your account or group. From the Support Menu select Contact Us and complete the Help & Support form.
