What happened to the "Start Achievement" Button

“Start Achievement” does not show as an option for Girl Scout Troops as seen by the screenshot attached.

@Lori_Cross,
Do you normally have different tabs under the scouts profile? I realize they would be different but I would think at the very least you would have Profile and Achievements, that is where the Actions button to start an Achievement is in a BSA Unit, I know there are differences between Unit types but this seems like a very basic function of the system and would be structurally the same.
Please try logging out, empty your browser cache restart your browser then log back into TT, if you still do not see any tabs under the Youth Profile then please send screenshots to supprt@trooptrack.com.

Noticed that our AHG troop is missing the Start Achievements button too.
I can start an award through Achieve > Record Individual Progress or Achieve > Record Progress (Bulk) but that button to the awards pop-up window was handy.

@MargaretMello,

Are you also seeing something similar to Lori where it does not give you the tabs for Profile, Achievements, Money, etc? Like my example from a BSA unit, if it is not there now was it there before?

@Lori_Cross, I noticed the same thing! I have quite a few self-starters, and I used the “Start Achievement” button quite often. @AaronStorey, we [Girl Scouts] have not had an “Actions” button on our achievements tab to date. @MargaretMello, I’ve also noticed that using the alternative “Achieve > Record Individual Progress” adds random/unwanted achievements to my girls’ achievements tabs.

I’ll be sending the following to support:

@mtrich09, Let me see if I understand this? For Girl Scout Units (and @MargaretMello possibly also AHG) you did not have an Actions button but a Start Achievements button? Was it in the same space that the Actions button exists in my screenshot or somewhere else on the page?

Referring to my 3rd screenshot, “Start Achievement” appeared between “Quick Switch” and “Reports”… similar to the “Add Leadership” option on the Leadership Tab shown here:

Concur. In the AHG screens on the (individual) Achievements tab, I used to see Start Achievement on the gray menu bar where Quick Switch and Reports are located. Or it might have been a button below them… it was in that neighborhood.

It was not tied to a specific achieve line, as the Action button appears to be in your example. (AHG looks different for individual achievement lines.)

Thank you all for letting me know I am not craaazzzy.
