I cannot go to a scout and click acheivements. I have heard that If I enable everything it may work. How can I evaluate a scout, if everytime I click their acheivement tab, I get a 505 Gateway timeout. And while looking at that, everything is slow. So slow that trooptrack should be paying me for the time!
Enabling everything did not fix the problem, the issue is with the new Advancements. Dave is working on it.
I’m having some difficulty figuring this out. I tested it this morning (granted, it was early in the morning and no one was on TroopTrack) and it didn’t time out.
Is this still occurring @Pack1597 ?
just tried again, at midnight. Alex Krebs, one of my AOL‘s. Went in clicked on him. Click on achievements… time out.

@AaronStorey @Pack1597 this problem is strange and frustrating. In my development environment, those pages load in just a few seconds. I’m really sorry this is happening and doing my best to figure it out.
Could it have something to do with history?
Seems like the new tigers, I can get into their’s, but the older scouts with a lot of history, times out at 2 minutes.

Checked today. Still timing out.
Also when I try to do a csv of badgebook it times out.
There is no way to see what an indivdual scout has accomplished in the pack.
This is horrible and all is tied up in TroopTrack.

Dave, I need to know if we just need to get a refund and move on. I can put everything in scout book manually. I can’t get anything out of TroopTrack. This is wasted days of our time.
@Pack1597 I have a solution in the works that I am hoping to release this week. This is a difficult problem and I’m doing my best, but you should do what is best for your kids.
Good morning. Thanks everyone for your patience. The achievements performance problem has been resolved. I think you’ll be happy with the results of this optimization. Youth that were previously timing out are now loading in less than a second.
