While testing the text functionality, we are receiving 5 messages related to a single text. The first one contains the original “message” as well as the beginning of the unsubscribe and the rest is 4 more messages with the unsubscribe instructions split up. Is there a way to disable this?
At the moment, there is not. Our system sends texts messages out as emails, so it is including the unsubscribe link that goes on the end of all the emails. We are working on a fix for this right now, but it might take us a bit to get that fixed and live.
This just seemed to start a few days ago, so something changed. It’s really inconvenient when I am limited to 128 characters for the text, then this comes blasting through.
