Unsubscribe!?

I do try to read everything… I did a search of the forums here first before posting this.

When did “unsubscribe” become an option?

It is absolutely the last thing I want anyone to be able to do, and is contrary to the whole point of using Trooptrack as a central communications tool.

Even now I have parents that complain about “all the Trooptrack” emails they get, when I’ve gone out of my way to limit excessive communications so they DO get and read the important messages.

  • Is there an easy way for me to list all my members who have unsubscribed?
  • Did a recent update include this unhappy feature?
  • Is there anyway you can simply delete this? I see it’s also affecting text messages

Mike

I believe that that feature has been removed for the time being, particularly because of the text message issues it was causing. Sorry about the inconvenience!

Thanks. Frankly, I hope it never comes back unless it’s a feature that can be toggled on/off, and starts off in the disabled state.
