Transfer request issue

I need to request a records transfer but there is no longer a direct link for a support request. I can only ask a question, report a bug, or request a feature to the whole community. I would rather not post it as a community question. Is there still a way to just send this directly to TroopTrack staff? I just can’t find the link.

The helpdesk is for transfers, imports, billing issues, and TurboNET issues that require sensitive info only. We were getting a lot of non-helpdesk relevant tickets so we removed the button. You are able to submit a ticket to the helpdesk by going to Support > Get Help, enter anything into the search box and press enter. The red box on the right “Didn’t find what you were looking for?” has a new button at the bottom that says “Open a Help Desk Ticket”.
