When a girl RSVP’s for a field trip or troop meeting, it would be nice if there was a box to check if they need transportation. We have a few girls who have parents who don’t drive and it would be helpful if we had a tally list of all the girls requesting a ride right there in the RSVP list so we can organize transportation.
This would be great not just for individual scouts, but to also add “Additional Drivers Needed” onto an event itself.
We struggle to get the word out to families that we need drivers for both individual scouts and for the event as a whole, and this would make it loads easier.
