We’re new to TroopTrack, and I use TurboNET to import our data from the BSA Internet Advancement prior to our annual charter being entered into the BSA system.
Can I re-import the data via TurboNET to get the rechartering changes?

Yes. Same process as the initial import. Make sure your scouts and leaders have BSA IDs or it may create duplicate accounts.
