Unable to login to mobile app

Hey everyone,

I finally got my account set up after a bit of an email verification mess, but now I’m running into some trouble with the mobile app.

Here’s what’s been happening:

I was able to log in on the browser just fine at first.

When I tried to sign into the mobile app, it wouldn’t let me in.

I logged out on the browser side to test it again, but then it said my password was incorrect.

When I tried to reset my password, it said my profile wasn’t active (even though I’m the only profile currently set up for our troop).

I also tried the “forgot username” option — entered my email — but nothing happened.

I reached out through a support ticket, and the staff were super quick and helpful. They forced a password reset email through and even sent me a screenshot of my username to confirm everything matched up — awesome service there.

Unfortunately, even after resetting my password successfully, I still can’t log into the mobile app. I’m not sure if it’s a server issue or a bug on the app side.

For context, I’m brand new to TroopTrack and plan to move our entire troop over as part of my Wood Badge ticket project. One of the big things we’re excited about is having an easy-to-use app, so not being able to log in right out of the gate is a bit of a hiccup.

Has anyone else run into this or found a workaround? I figured I’d ask here before submitting another ticket.

UPDATE**

I am still logged in via browser on my phone but I cannot log in via browser on my PC either.

My advice is the mobile app isn’t reliable. Use the browser on the phone.
