Unable to Print or Send "Detailed Report"

I am trying to download a Detailed Report for a girl and I keep getting an error that says “We’re sorry…”

I get the same error when trying to email the report to a parent.

I was able to recreate your issue. I’ve reported this to the tech team and they’re working on a fix for this issue.

Once it’s fixed, then I’ll reach out here on this thread.
