I am in charge of generating the newsletter for our troop. Everything was going well until about a month ago when I was no longer able to preview and send out the newsletter. Our parent in charge of access has tried renewing my privileges and even created a new account for me, to no avail. Please help!
Has this issue resolved itself, either with the new version or something you or your unit were able to do?
We had to create a new account and then allow full access to everything possible in TroopTrack. But after a couple months of experimenting, yes, I am now able to publish the newsletter. It was before the new version. We don’t know what magic button we hit.
