how do i update all open merit badges as recognized and purchased. So if they completed them but it was not recognized until COH .Do I have to update them one by one or is there a way it gives me a list and I can just check purchased and recognized for all open ones?

I don’t think those dates matter very much specifically to many troops, but if they are important to you, I’m afraid you will have to change them individually. We have it set up so you can mark them as completed in bulk via Achieve > Present awards, but I’ve never heard of anyone needing to change those dates after the fact.
