Have you gone out of the person’s profile and gone back in again?
Yes, I have 2 Scouts in the state. I have logged off (10+ days in between), reopened, resaved, etc. No change.
I would suggest contacting support@trooptrack.com, this sounds like a specific issue not necessarily a system wide bug.
I believe I fixed this a few weeks back - can you confirm @P38CC?
