I just entered a bulk award progress which should have completed a badge for a bunch of girls. But none of them were automatically marked as done. So I went into one girl, retyped all the dates, saved – still shows as “calculating” under Progress column in her Achieve tab.
So I deleted the badge, started it again, typed in the dates, same thing: “calculating.”
So I typed in a date for the “Completed On” blank. It shows that date in the Completed column, but still shows “calculating” under Progress.
So then I tried adding a different bdage, entered dates that should’ve auto-marked it as complete. Nope. “Calculating.”
And NONE of these completed badges are showing on in our Shopping LIst. And our awards ceremony is in two weeks so we need to order ASAP…
This same thing has been reported by one other user. This needs to be sent in to support@trooptrack.com. The Calculating thing happens sometimes and typically will eventually update however the not showing up on the Shopping list is an issue.

It seems to be fixed! Yay!
I spoke a little too soon. The badges I marked as complete earlier today are now showing up in my Shopping List, but the badges I just now marked as complete as showing “calculating” and are NOT in the Shopping List. So maybe it’s just really slow right now?..

I just entered in some pinewood derby related advancements and it’s happening to me right now also. I’ve got “Calculating” and the advancement has not shown up in the Shopping List.
I sent an email to support@trooptrack.com to be certain that the admins are aware.
