$0 / free items - cart checkout not possible?

I am hoping to use the Event Items functionality to offer event attendees a no-cost choice for an event. In testing this, it seems that if there is only a $0 event item in the cart, it’s not possible to checkout whether or not there is money in the scout account.

What I would expect is that you would be able to checkout. If some sort of payment method is required, then allow scout account checkout if the cart is $0, even if there is no money in the scout account.

I can definitely help you out. I was able to test this on my test account and was able to re-create that issue. I’m currently checking with our tech team to see why this is, and be able to get a possible fix.
