Unable to pay for cart with money account

When trying to RSVP for a campout, the cart offers an option to pay from existing funds in the personal accounts but selecting this option simply returns trooptrack to the home screen without charging the account selected and leaves the scout marked as “No Reply” in the even RSVP box. Our Troop has a campout scheduled next weekend and the RSVP deadline is tomorrow, please help!
