These do not expire, and here is the official source. You will see Cub Scout training is coming soon as well

Looks like you missed a few…let me see if I can correlate the list you have with the PDF shared…example is on the cub scout side…SCO_202 etc…

Wait, are these both cub scouts and boy scouts leader trainings or just one?

From what I can tell:

SCO_1?? training: Venturing
SCO_2?? training: Cub Scouts
SCO_3?? training: Explorers
SCO_4?? training: Boy Scouts

I’m unclear whether the higher numbered training is specific to either group, or if it applies to any/all BSA.

I would think that SCO_805 Safe Driving is applicable to all programs, as is the SCO_12nn sries
