I understand to add a scout with address.
Why can we not go under Dens and add a scout with a address and phone number?
It seems we have to multiple locations to complete the add process.
Households and then we have to go somewhere else to add their phone which cant be done under households?

We find that 99.9% households share the same address so it makes sense to add it in one place and have it apply to all the users within that household.
There’s almost never a consistent situation where one email address or phone number is all a household has. Many people would like to know, too, exactly who they are calling.
So addresses are added under households and contact info is added in individual profiles.
