AHG member here. Just moved troops and child advanced levels. I am trying to add her achievements from her previous troop and her previous level to TroopTrack. How can I do this? Every time I go to Achieve and try to put in old badge work, it only allows me to enter it at her current rank, not her previous rank. Help. Thanks.
Go directly to her user page, by Quick Nav or Manage Troops and clicking on her name. Then select the Achievements tab and you should see the different levels listed there if it works similar in an AHG group to a Cub and Boy Scout group.
Also make sure those badges are “active”. I had that issue previously and realized I had to activate them under Manage > Settings > Manage Active Achievements
