AHG Adult Awards - can not record multiple times

We are trying to record adult awards into TT and can not add an award earned twice. I have two leaders who earned Gem of a Leader (Ruby) twice but I can only record it once and with one of the dates. Is there a way to add another one?

Has anyone else had this issue? Should this be submitted as a bug instead?

Which awards should be repeatable specifically so I can change that in the system for you?

Gem of a Leader (Ruby) was the one we were having the issue with. I believe all the Gem of a Leader awards should be repeatable.
