I’m trying to figure out if I need to advance girls to their next level if they have aged up or if there is some sort of automated process I am missing. Thank you in advance for your help!

On your Units page, at the top of each of your squads/groups, on the right hand side is a button that says, “Promote”.
Click Promote, select the girls and/or leaders you wish to move to the next level. And it should automatically change them all at once for you. 
Trick I learned the hard way… Start at the bottom first. When I move our girls, I move the 6th graders into the Pi/Pa level first, then move through your squads backwards. That way, when I go to the 5th graders, I can move them all up to 6th grade and it’s a blank slate. If I move 5th first, when I go to move the 6th grade girls, I have to unselect all the girls I just put into that squad.
