Several weeks ago, before I placed the final order for our Court of Honor, we had three different members of our troop discover that awards or rank badges were showing up in their carts on the Trail Life USA store when they went to order shirts, etc. Once I placed the order, they did not have any issues. These members have NO leadership roles and no authorization to order the awards. Has anyone else experienced this glitch with completed awards?
