Is there a way for Troop Track to automatically calculate the service year pin award based on join date?

No, not at this time. This appears to be a question and not a problem with functionality so I changed this to the “Ask a Question” category.
If you have an enhancement idea, please do let us know by posting it the “Ideas” category.
I think the best option for this is a report that shows what service year pin the users should be on based on that join on date. I don’t foresee these awards being automatically awarded at any time because for some there is an actual award to be presented.
