Can't purchase a ticket with RSVP

It appears the site is in the middle of an update – new UX, etc.

We are trying to close out registration for an event that requires purchasing a ticket. The event is setup properly, and we have PayPal integrated, but when I click on the “Purchase ticket/RSVP” link on the event page, it loads a new page that is blank. Confirmed on both Mac and Windows.

Our registration closes on Monday, so this needs immediate attention.
