Change account admin

Hi all, our Troop is changing leadership and the ones who set up our TT account are no longer involved. I’ve asked the old admin to enable or change my privileges but I don’t think she knows how to do that. Reading through the guides here, it look like I need troop level access and manage privileges enabled. Can this be changed for me?

Hello @KellyMitchell, this is really a user forum so no one has access to make changes and it’s not monitored by TT staff much. If the previous admins cannot change your access you would need to send and email to support@trooptrack.com, they may need to somehow verify you should be allowed to have full access. If you have communication with one of the previous leaders with full access the easiest way would be for them to select your account then the Privileges tab then change you to Unit and check all the boxes for access, then Save.
