Our Troop Board is mostly new this year, and we are wondering how to transfer ownership/administration of the TroopTrack account to a new person. I poked around the User Guide section but couldn’t find any instructions. Thanks in advance for any help!
Just click on the gear icon, then “edit troop settings” and it’ll take you to your troop info. From there click on the Troop leaders name, and a drop down menu will appear allowing you to change the leader of the Troop.
Thank you so much! We did manage to have the owner changed to myself. But now that I am ready to integrate with AHG Connect, I don’t see that option available. How do I gain privileges for my account now that I am the account owner? I can’t see any way to do that when I look at my privileges.
I’ve given you the ability to “manage privileges”, so now you can update your privileges with whatever you need.
