We had a Christmas party in December and used the Sign Up Sheet feature for the Troop to sign up for meat, cups, veggies, etc. All items met the number of desired participants and the 12/18/16 due date has long passed, however, I still have these items shown in the Communicate…My Assignments menu (see pic below).
I don’t want to delete the Sign Up sheet so we can remember what we did next year. Is there something else I should be doing to get rid of this?
