- On my account, I have 3 merged “Troops,” 2 of these are defunct. How do you remove these?
- (Primary impetus for question 1) I have a leader who has a defunct Troop account that is preventing her from logging into the current Troop as the default login is with inactive Troop. Her attempt to merge was unsuccessful as it only allows login with inactive Troop account. She’s been struggling since August to gain access to our current troop. Help us!
