I just tried merging two accounts. I merged a troop account into a pack account using the pack account as the master. It disabled my troop login on the computer but does not show the troop under my name so I’m stuck unable to login to the troop on the computer.
However if I clicked the saved link I have for the troop on my phone, I’m able to get into it. So to summarize. On the computer that I merged the two accounts, I am no longer seeing the merged account. On the phone I can still access the troop using the old login.
Perhaps a browser issue on your computer, try empty cache.

Thanks for checking in on me. I didn’t necessarily solve why it failed when I originally merged the two account. However I ended up logging into the account that was supposed to have been removed from the original merge and then tried the merge tool in that account. Wouldn’t you know it that worked. So now I’m able to see both units.
