Logging In Issues

I have a few parents who say they can’t log in to TroopTrack b/c it keeps asking for payment. This sounds like they somehow created a new troop and were using the trial. When I sign in, I see where there is a merge troop feature. If I get them to merge with our troop will there still be the prompt to pay? Or is there something else going on here? This is our first year to use TroopTrack and I really want to push parents to only use TroopTrack next year (we are still using gmail, signupgenius, etc. this year).

Thank you for using the TroopTrack Community!

If you go to Manage > Members > User Accounts, you can see who is registered, what their user names are, and send them password reset emails. They will need to use the usernames on your account and the correct passwords to get into your unit’s TroopTrack account.
