Drop-down for SHARE documents category

Would it be possible to add a drop-down function to the SHARE documents category?

Currently, when I add a document to our SHARE area, I have to type in the category. Ideally, I could simply click the drop-down and it would show existing categories, or offer a “New Categories” option.

This would also help us avoid the creation of new categories due to spelling differences…

Any action on this? This would be very helpful in organizing out library of documents in the Share category…
