Duplicate email lists

I am seeing multiple entries for the same magic lists when I am sending an email. I asked the admin to see if they could fix it but they aren’t seeing the same thing. Any suggestions how I can correct this?

Thanks. In the meantime, are all the lists with the same name referring to the same list?

Yes it’s most likely the same list just duplicated twice.
