Don’t know why but our reminder emails that are set up to go 6 days before event and 1 day before event are not going out. This is the first month this has happened. All other months reminders went out with no issue. Does anyone know if there is a system problem?
I just got reminder e-mails today for events coming up. It does not appear to be a system wide issue. Engage support directly support@trooptrack.com.
