This just happened to me, why is the ability to see a saved draft locked?! Just lost a few hours of work.
I just experienced the Send an Email Save as Draft button saving the draft into oblivion.
I canāt find any way to retrieve this message.
Very frustrating.
If itās a permissions issue, or a weird requirement that there must be a recipient attachedā¦IDK, but the process needs improvement.
It is a frustrating permissions issue that is on the list of things to work on but the dev team just hasnāt had time to get to it. Eventually it will be fixed.
This is going on five years nowā¦ I just had this happen to me, and since I didnāt have any list selected, all my work is now gone. I have the ārecent messagesā, but it is not there. So disappointing!
I did a test just now and created a message with a Subject and some text but did not select any recipients and selected Save as Draft. It did save to the Recent Messages list and took me there directly. Perhaps there was some kind of glitch on your previous message but that is not how the system is setup to work.
