This email failed when the original sender sent it and when I hit resend today.
I tried it with the images inserted and without the images inserted and both ways the emails failed to go out even though they said sent

I am seeing the same issue. The system says it sent but it never is delivered to inboxes.
I am also seeing the same. 2 adults have attempted to send emails without them receiving them. A test message I then sent to myself also did not show up.
