Event Refund Button Not Working

I am trying to refund a scout for an event and the button is not working.

Following up on this issue. I can correct this manually, but want you to be able to see the issue.

Nothing happens at all. I click refund and nothing.

2/20 Winter camping. Payment was from scout account.

Hi @jwatarz,

I went into that event and I was able to experience the same issue. I tried to change the event so the $10 was required to RSVP and still it wouldn’t refund.

I’ve gotten this issue over to the tech team and I will update this thread once they have it fixed.

I need to refund an attendee and the refund button does nothing.
