Event Scheduler Not Sending Invitations

We are new to Troop Track and set up our calendar in August. Our first 2 events sent out reminder notices, but the most recent 2 events have not sent the notice 14 days in advance as they were initially set up. I have changed them to today and updated them to see if they would send, but still nothing. Any ideas what I could have done wrong?

I believe this is a bug. We have recently experienced this too.
